Boss Bodies Apply

How it works

What actually happens, from apply to your first check-in.

No portal to log into, no course to work through. A short form, a call, and then a plan that gets looked at every week by the person who wrote it.

Apply for coaching

1You apply

Two short steps on your phone. The first is your name, email and number. The second is the practical stuff: height, weight, what you want to change, how you train now, what equipment you have, how many days you can give it, anything you won't eat. If you stop after the first step, you'll still hear from us.

2You talk with Casey

Usually the same day, you'll get a text to set up a call. On the call she wants to understand your goals, your week, how you eat now and what has and hasn't worked before. It is also where she decides whether she can help you. If she can't, she'll say so.

YouA phone call, at a time that suits you.
CaseyHonest read on fit. No pressure, no obligation.

3Your plan gets built

Nutrition and training, written for you, from what you told her in the form and on the call. The food is food you already eat. The training matches your equipment and your days. Meals out that you know are coming are already in it.

YouRead it. Ask questions.
CaseyWritten from scratch. Not a template with your name on it.

4Weekly check-ins

Every week you report in: how the food went, how training went, how you feel, what got in the way. Casey reviews it and adjusts the plan. Between check-ins, questions get answered. That is the part clients say they didn't get anywhere else.

CaseyReview, adjust, reply.

5It adapts as your life does

A work trip means a hotel-gym version of your training before you land. A holiday means a plan for the holiday. An injury means training around it. A busy season means fewer days, not zero. The plan moves with you rather than waiting for you to come back to it.

A typical week

What it looks like once you're in

Most days

Eat the food on your plan, which is food you chose. Train on the days you said you could.

Meals out

Already planned for. Pick what you want and get on with your evening.

Check-in day

Send your week. Get the plan back with whatever needs to change.

Any day

Ask a question when something comes up. You won't be waiting a week for an answer.

Honest note

Who this isn't for

If you want a plan you can download and never speak to anyone, this isn't it. If you want a crash diet for an event in three weeks, this isn't it either. This is for people who want the change to still be there in a year, and who are willing to check in every week to get there.

Questions

Things people ask before they apply

Who is this coaching for?

People who want to be in good shape and stay there while running a real life: a job, a family, travel AND meals out. If you've tried plans that only worked when nothing else was going on, our coaching method was built for you!

How much time do I need each week?

That depends on you, and it is one of the first things we ask. Your training is written for the days you can actually give it, whether that is two or five, and we adjust as often as needed.

What if I don't have a gym?

Whether you have a home gym, limited equipment, or hotel gyms, your program is written for what you have access to! Even if it is just a pair of bands and dumbbells. We build each plan custom for every client!

What happens after I apply?

You'll hear from us by text, within 24 hours, to set up a call. On the call we learn about your goals, your schedule and how you eat now. If we are a good fit and you decide to move forward we will start building out your initial plans!

Is the coaching fully online?

Yes. Check-ins, plan updates and questions all happen remotely, so it works wherever you live and wherever work takes you.

Start with step one.

A couple of minutes on your phone. You'll hear back by text.
