This Privacy Policy explains how Boss Bodies, LLC, doing business as Boss Bodies Lifestyle (“we”, “us”, or “our”), handles your information on this website. Questions? Email us at the address in the footer.
Introduction
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you, or that you may provide, when you visit this website, and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing that information.
This policy applies to information we collect on this website and in email and other electronic messages between you and us. It does not apply to information collected by us offline or through any other means, or by any third party.
By using this website you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update this policy from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the change.
Children
This website is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected information from a child, we will delete it.
Information we collect and how
We collect information only when you give it to us, chiefly through the coaching application form. That may include:
- Contact details: your name, email address, phone number and the state or region you live in.
- How you heard about us, if you tell us.
- Health and fitness information you choose to share: height, current weight, your goal, training experience, gym access, how many days you can train, injuries or limitations, dietary restrictions, and anything else you write in the form.
- Records of correspondence if you contact us by email or text.
If you leave the application after the first step, we keep the contact details you entered so that we can follow up with you.
We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this website and do not collect personal information automatically. If that changes, we will update this policy first.
How we use it
We use the information you provide to:
- Reply to your application and set up a consultation call.
- Prepare for that call and, if you become a client, build your coaching plan.
- Send you the messages you would expect from us about your application and your coaching.
- Keep records of our correspondence with you.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the service providers we use to run the website and deliver coaching, such as our database host and our email-delivery provider. They are bound to keep it confidential and use it only to provide their service to us.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to a successor in the event the business is sold or reorganised.
How long we keep it
We keep application records for as long as we need them to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the duration of our work together and a reasonable period afterward. You can ask us to delete your application at any time by emailing us.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under local law, including under California law; we will honour those requests as the law requires.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including storing it in an access-controlled database that the public website cannot read. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
